Paprika Drops is a seasoning exclusively made of natural ingredients, which can make your dishes really hot, while at the same time preserving their flavour and consistency, as well as the positive effects of chili pepper on your health. When creating this product, our main objective was to enable you to enjoy your excellent dishes in their original flavours, and to ensure that everybody could make them as spicy as they like.

With families, companies and catering units it is a frequent problem that dishes are not made spicy enough in order to enable everybody to eat them. In addition to black pepper, usually raw green pepper, salty pepper cream, chili sauces or dried hot peppers are offered, if anything. Let us compare them one by one with Paprika Drops:

Dried pepper: It is very hard to find a good quality one that is hot and not rancid or musty. It is a real nightmare to soak the dried pepper in any kind of dish subsequently, and even if we succeed, we immediately have to wash our hands and then avoid its pieces and seeds. In addition, it might have serious risks on health Paprika Drops, however, immediately dissolves, it does not leave anything behind, only the smell and fire of excellent pepper. A container that was opened a long time ago and has been used by a lot of people might pose very serious risks on hygiene and health! In contrast, Paprika Drops preserves its freshness up to one year after it was opened, so it will last for quite a while. It lasts due to the precisely adjusted alcohol-water compound. Salt did not have to be used, so you do not have to be afraid that the dish will become too salty! Chili sauces: There are tomato or vinegar types and different oily variations, but all of them have a certain side-taste. (“Újházi” chicken soup with a slight caramel-soy after-taste… a matter of taste whether you will like that)

Although Paprika Drops possesses every alkaloid of chili, it does not change the flavour of your dishes. It adds power and character to them. You do not have to worry about how many chili pepper slices will get on a slice of meat, and you will not have to prepare spice oils months in advance! Due to the special solution technology, it does not float on the top of the marinade, so it seasons your dishes and life evenly and consistently.

Distilled water, alcohol, natural whole pepper extract. It does not contain any other ingredients! Alcohol sufficiently decreased the water activity of the product, so no other chemical (e.g. sodium benzoate) or natural (e.g. salt, vinegar) preservatives had to be used. In addition to capsaicin, the whole pepper extract also contains alkaloid, which encapsulates the favourable effects of chili.

*Paprika Drops and a cold:
The capsaicin in Paprika Drops triggers heat loss due to sweating (basically it starts thermogenesis, which induces sweating), so it can be successfully applied for the treatment of the common cold. Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) has long been applied for the treatment of flu symptoms but, unfortunately, the mycoderm of the stomach is often damaged due to the excessive consumption of aspirin. Fortunately, Paprika Drops psuccessfully rotects the stomach form the harmful effects of aspirin. Those who use acetylsalicylic acid for the protection of their circulatory system especially need to consider the moderate consumption of Paprika Drops.

*Paprika Drops and diets:
Endre Hőgyes (1847-1906) already pointed out that pepper extract is responsible for the exacerbation of the mycoderm and the skin, and also for the increased production of saliva and gastric juice. If our body secretes more saliva and gastric juice, the digestion of nutritives is accelerated. A lot of people believe that capsaicin damages the lining of the stomach and the internal organs due to its spiciness, but fortunately this theory is not true: On one hand because capsaicin is not acidic or alkaline, it only causes congestion and irritates the terminal nerves; and on the other hand mucin, which can be found in the gastric juice, protects our abdominal wall from various adverse substances and the harmful effects of gastric acid. When Paprika Drops is absorbed, it induces thermogenesis! This attribute is a great help for those who are on a diet, because then the resting energy use also increases, i.e. if we consume it, we burn more calories than we would otherwise use.
The third argument for using Paprika Drops during a diet is that it enhances the oxidation of fatty acid (“fat burning”) with the help of the so-called UCP proteins.

To balance the effect of capsaicin in Paprika Drops (feeling it hot), the human body releases endorphins. According to the present status of science, this compound group is responsible for the development of happiness, joy and satisfaction.

The whole pepper extract is the heart and soul of Paprika Drops. Based on research, pepper extract successfully decreased the level of cholesterol and triglyceride in the haemogram of the test participants. This is of incredibly great importance because diseases related to the circulatory system are the leading causes for death in Hungary as well.
In addition, Australian researchers published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2006 that in the case of the examined people the same dish triggered a smaller insulin response than the dish without pepper extract. Excessive insulin response is the first step towards the development of diabetes type two!

How does Paprika Drops work?
The power of Paprika Drops lies in the whole pepper extract and more precisely in the molecule called capsaicin (8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide). This substance makes pepper hot. The alkaloid content is extracted from pepper with a special extraction process. This process is performed in the most modern food industry laboratories according to the most severe international standards and regulations. Due to this precision, the flavour of Paprika Drops, which can only be felt for a few moments as it recalls the memory of the perfect pepper smell, and its strength are permanent. The content of every bottle has 100% the same quality, so those who become fond of the product will always be granted the same quality and experience. The role of alcohol is to preserve the product and to trasnferthe pepper extract, which dissolves in fat, into the water solution. Add one drop to one plate of food. Taste it and carefully increase the portion as needed. Use it for baking or cooking. It does not lose its hotness due to high temperature. You can bake your pizza so that every part of it will be hot, but if you want to eat only one hot slice, sprinkle 1-2 drops on it subsequently. Storage and durability of Paprika Drops:
Between -40°C and +40°C, store it carefully out of the reach of children! A higher temperature might cause excessive pressure in the bottle and Paprika Drops might spill out when opening it. It preserves its quality for an unlimited time in unopened packaging. It is suggested to use it within one year after the opening of the bottle. The product does not go off after one year, but it loses the usual rate of enjoyment.
